What size properties do you work on?
Anywhere from half an acre to 100+ acres. Our sweet spot is properties 2 acres and up — the kind of land that's gotten seriously overgrown and needs real equipment to tackle it right.
Do you come out to the property before giving a quote?
Yes, always. There's no way to give you an accurate quote without seeing the land in person. Every property is different, and we want to make sure we can get you the best possible price and service. We'll schedule a time to walk it with you, talk through what you want done, and take it from there.
How long will it take to clear my land?
Most jobs take anywhere from one day to a few days depending on acreage and how dense the growth is. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we come out for the quote!
What happens after I fill out the form or Call?
We'll reach out to get some basic info about your property and schedule a time to come take a look. From there we put together your free quote. The whole process is low-key — no sales pressure, just a straight conversation about your land and what it needs.
How much does this cost?
Honest answer: it depends on your land. Acreage, density, terrain, and what you're trying to accomplish all affect the price. Do you clear phragmites or marsh grass?
Wetlands are regulated in Delaware and Maryland, so tidal marsh and phragmites work usually isn't something we can touch. But most properties out here are a mix. If your land has dry, wooded, overgrown upland areas, that's exactly what we clear. Tell us about your property and we'll let you know what's doable.
